Today i spent 5 hours at the Golf Course. (:

started at 3. with Jo, Rahul, Young Min & Me. aha the rest couldn't make it.
testing each other's drivers and other clubs. hitting more than 100 balls, aiming at a target to hit at. (:, who knew golf could be so fun? it's a simple and straight forward sport. but not very easy to play. i started out really crappy, and felt embarrassed then I got the hang of it. used my 5 woods most of the time. the 7 iron and i just don't mix so well ): technically, I went today, to practice, since i've been having lessons these past few weeks.
i'm happy i went today. other my day wouldn't be so productive. i got Rahul a new display picture on his facebook and so did i (:

rahul & jo tried to hit the golf ball with a putter aha, it didn't go very far, young min's ball kept on going right haha he was a lil aggitatered, "why does it always go right, otu of all these balls, i've only got one straight one" ahah. then, Rahul kept on aiming for 200 (: almost suceeded. but still jo is unbeatable. he hits really hard, damn it goes farr.Me Young Min

today, was the 3rd day of golf lesson.
wow i'm worked out to the maxx, i'm tired, whole body aching not good.
but however, my golf is coming along (:
lots of theory being learnt within the first few lessons.
since Monday, i have been doing putting, chipping and driving range.
i loved the driving range most, because you can go further.
chipping its up till the whole. and putting is technically the same but, just a bit of different technique compared to chipping and the driving range.7 iron the whole way. besides putting, i pretty much used a putter aha.

3 day course. academy. start again next week. but we'll see.

yesterday was a great day.
went to the UK visa thingy, will get it on tuesday hopefully.
2:30 - GOLF AT KLGCC.
WHO: Eli, Arianna, Fung, Michelle, Eric.g, Brannon, Yu sheng, John, Rueben & me (:
played golf, (: some of us it was our first time, some of us have played and are tech pro. ahem john.
we bought 419 balls and tht wasnt enough! technically GOLF was the highlight of the day.
i played with eli & michelle's 7 iron (: managed to get my goal of the day, 50m which is pretty good considering it was my first time and i'm a girl (:
driver didnt work tht well with me. Golf lessons starting next week! excited (:

after that it was about 4, all came to my house, and chilled there.
so lets see, toured around my house, played pool (:, basketball & sat in my garage just talking.
talk about fun (: then 6-6:30 everyone but bran, Sheng,Ari,Eli & fung left. Bran and sheng last min wanted to join us for dinner. tech it was supposed to be ari, fung eli and i. but yeah. we went to BSC and ate at alexis, ORDERED TONS OF FOOD. managed to finish most of it.
we had this game where we estimated how much the bill would be. the person closest doesnt have to pay to much. ahah guess what?!? we all were wayy off. ahah we all said, 300, 250,
MAN IT WAS RM430.10 - talk about not ordering dessert.

they charged for govt.tax and serivce charge. dude. not cool.
then we walked, went to buy pens in times bookshop, then supermarket ended up not buying anything. then said goodbye to fung bran and sheng (:

aha so yeah went abck to my house, then talked and talked, lazed around for abit.

there were intruption by my brother whice watching, and ari and eli wanted to see my brother desperately, so yeah, they say him... and also talked to my bro's friends (: ahah bonding time.
then yeah a few more time bro distrubed me. then finally, watched the rest of the movie.
the ending ari,eli & i got so paranoid, cuz beyonce could have pressed the freaking panic button! stupid. aha. then we watched, failure to launch for a bit then fell asleep.
6am, eli's alarm went of, song kelsey. and omgosh i thought i was dreaming, aha, then ari and i have a lil prob in the bed, i was almost falling off, then she said it was because i had the blanket aha. 9 something we woke up. lala i showered. then ari went home ): eli and i went to sunway, to ice skate. tht was fun (: but so packed. eli made some new friends ahah figure skaters.
then eli went home.

now youth beta, practically didnt do much, laughed a bit, talked, worships and played a cambodian game. it was laurence's farewell party, which not alot of ppl knew abt so the amount of ppl turning up wasnt tht great. but i'll miss you laurence! (:

9 years in GIS

it's been 9 years!
I've got two more months left
I dedicate this Blog post to all of you.
I want to thank this opportunity to thank all of you, for making my 9 years in GIS an unforgettable one! thanks for the wonderful memories, the awesome spirit throughout the years, i hope you guys won't forget me, it has been great knowing all of you (:. Today it really hit me, is this the end?
i couldn't accept the fact it was all over.
No doubt I'm going to miss each and everyone one of you, I'll never forget you guys! ♥
farewell, Jake, Miss Hilly,Surya, Seok won and all the best who all i didn't mention and everyone esle.
i spent 3 days crying, feeling empty.
GIS has taken me on a roller-coaster ride, the ride has ended.

we all hate goodbyes.
end of the year is always really sad.
4 DAYS OF SCHOOL LEFT.

year 10
this year went by so quickly, it was just a few months ago that we started.
the drama, the fights
in the end have all been resolved.
the memories created, never forgotten
its been a great year.
the yearbooks are the ones reminiscing the past, the beginning and now the end
the yearbook is a story of our history, it's filled with the joy,happiness and fun we've experienced throughout this whole year.
i have learned alot this year, i have made new friends
i have ended the war with people

i've been in GIS since year 2, its been great, memoriable, awesome

this is the only grp photo i have, no everyone was in it.
the boys were split. when we were painting they went to the eyc (:
i loved the EYC shows the love for the children and how easily attached i was (:
Wednesday we went to the Taman Megah Home Orphanage, this was the boys house, the only house we managed to paint within a week.
it was actually really fun, heard work.
i got to tired abt day 3 and collapsed on day 4.
so far i'm glad i could do something for the community
so i didnt have to be someplace esle to do it
i can do it at home.

because my pain can't be as worse as jesus.

wow the world is so different, some people look at it as round, or flat.
i look at it as a community, The world can be a wonderful, if we light it up, if not we live in total darkness. this relates to everything, esp god. he loves each and everyone no matter their size, or shape. god's love is something you can't bet on, it's definitely real. its irreplaceable.

yesterday, was one of the most amazing days ever.
the five of us, plus Nikolai conducted an English speaking lesson.
bi was supposed to come but she was at a dance comp, which was absolutely successful
Bianca you did so well, and we are all so proud of you!

Myanmar children, came to our school (GIS) to learn English.
so we didn't know the level of English they had
but after a while we realized that they knew all the basics.
aha our lesson struggled abit, but we managed to pull it through.
i was so amazed by how obedient and motivated the kids were.
they got so involved, the 6 of us had so much fun teaching them.
they are such wonderful amazing children, who are bright and very determined to learn.
everything was just perfect.

never drive someone out of their eager and determination towards LEARNING.
it was one of the best experiences.
being a teacher, you have those happy and joyful moments with the students
i guess i could say i understood how my teacher felt, when all of us grew up.

look back and compare to now, its a big FAT change.
it was amazing.

in these past few months, so many things has happened.

this 2009 isnt the greatest so far
my start to this year is messy
and well upsetting.

wow, it's almost the end of year 2008. a year filled with ups & downs, each day we move on or hold on to the yesterdays otherwise await tomorrows. i've got to say it's been a moving year for me. in other words emotional & memorable. to the people closest to me.

thank you for making my 2008 an awesome one :)

you guys are the best, thanks for being there for me, i seriously ♥you guys with all my heart :)

there are some let downs, but that shuldnt bother us, negativity shuld never take over what is great in our lives. we have only one life, make the best of what we've got. for me what i've got.
